Jeff Donohue, M.D.
Medical Director
Dr. Donohue is a fellow of the American Board of Family Physicians and American Academy of Anti-aging, Functional and Regenerative Medicine. He is a member of American Medical Association, American Academy of Family Physicians and American Society of Bariatric Physicians. Dr. Donohue has been involved in practicing functional medicine in the Atlanta metro area for 20+ years.
He leads the team of practicing healthcare providers at Elite Personalized Medicine. Dr. Donohue does not see patients at Elite Personalized Medicine but is heavily involved in each individual’s patient care.

Lee Strickland, D.C.
Chiropractic Care
Dr. Lee Strickland is a chiropractor who graduated from Life University. He has actively served Peachtree Corners and surrounding communities for more than 25 years. He uses a diversified approach to chiropractic adjustment, which means that he selects the technique that is personalized and right for you.
Dr. Strickland has a great interest in nutrition and in taking a proactive, preventive approach to self-care. He specializes in neck or back pain, headaches or migraines, carpal tunnel and sciatica.
Tane Patrono, FNP-C
Functional Medicine
Tane Patrono is a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). She earned her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from the University of South Alabama in 2015. She graduated from Kennesaw State University with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) in 2009.
Tane has completed a 2-year residency program in functional medicine and is hormone certified by A4M. Tane’s passion for functional medicine started with her own diagnosis of celiac disease. She was misdiagnosed for years until she found a functional medicine provider. She is now living her passion of finding the root cause of disease for others.
Brandi Eaton, PA-C
Functional Medicine
Brandi Eaton is a Physician Assistant who earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the Medical University of South Carolina in 2010. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Wofford College in 2006. From 2010–2015, Brandi practiced internal medicine for 5 years. She then spent several years at home with her young children.
Now returning to healthcare, Brandi’s focus is on functional medicine and a holistic approach. Throughout her career Brandi has educated her patients on how to live a healthier lifestyle. Once she discovered functional medicine – with its foundation on finding the root cause of disease and illness as well as educating patients – she found her match.
Leona Capehart, PA-C
Functional Medicine
Leona Medlock is a Physician Associate (PA-C) who graduated with honors from Georgia State University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She then earned her Masters of Health from South College School of Physician Assistant Studies in Atlanta. She is a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine and the Association of Physician Associates in OB/GYN.
Leona was thrilled to learn that Elite Personalized Medicine was making functional medicine accessible to patients right in her own neighborhood. Leona is dedicated to empowering patients seeking an integrative, biopsychosocial (“whole patient”) approach to their wellness goals. She is passionate about women’s health, bioidentical hormone therapy, sexual health, weight loss, mental/cognitive health, longevity medicine, mitochondrial support, and peptide therapy.
Kasey Lieu, FNP

Kasey Lieu graduated with first honors with her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the
Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) in Charleston, South Carolina. Kasey has over a
decade of patient experience. She seeks to provide compassionate care and build meaningful
relationships with her patients.
A long journey of infertility led Kasey to functional medicine, and she has personally seen the benefits of functional medicine in her own life. By examining details like hormones, nutrients, lifestyle, environmental toxins, and diet, she appreciates functional medicine’s comprehensive approach to identifying underlying causes of a patient’s health condition. Born and raised in Peachtree Corners, Kasey is grateful for the opportunity to serve those in her community by taking a holistic approach to healing and helping patients achieve their personalized health

Dana Reynolds
Health Coach
Dana is a functional nutrition counselor, which means she takes a holistic approach to addressing your health needs and goals. Dana will take a deep dive look at daily routines, diet, exercise, sleep, stress management, your history, and current situation and come up with an individualized plan for you. Dana will fill in the gap between your provider visits, helping you implement the orders given.
I will help identify specific things to tweak or possibly things that are sabotaging your efforts. Whether you just need some basic nutrition guidelines or dealing with multiple health problems, I will meet you where you are offering education, resources, guidelines, meal plans, recipes & accountability.

Cathryn earned her nursing degree from Emory University and has been practicing as a registered nurse for 19 years. Before joining Elite Personalized Medicine, she spent her career as a labor & delivery nurse. At Elite Personalized Medicine, Cathryn administers lab work blood draws, IV Therapy, IM Injections.
She enjoys creating an ongoing relationship with her patients, and encouraging them on their health journey. Cathryn looks forward to meeting you and supporting you on your wellness journey.
